I saw no trailers, so I didn’t have expectations. Here are 10 things I learned from Shaft:
1. Richard Roundtree looks great.
2. Love the soundtrack.
3. First time I have seen Luna Lauren Valez since Dexter.
4. Love the inter generational theme.
5. Method Man!
6. El DeBarge.
7. Samuel L. Jackson is funny, irreverent and sexy.
8. The female characters are strong.
9. Haven’t seen Titus Welliver since Lost.
10. He’s still a bad . . .
