Stockholm– I became Facebook friends with Juan Carlos Santisteban aka JC on November 29th. We have never met, we do have a mutual friend, Veronika Fimbres, they have never met, but have a mutual friend irl (in real life).
After the first 3 minutes with Kiki interview when he commented, I asked JC if I could interview him. He messaged me: “Hello Kiki. Thank you for the request. I am from Peru but lived in Fairfax, Virginia for 24 years. I would really like to keep in touch with you and get to know each other. Have a nice day.” I responded: “Sure, can I interview you for Arise 2.0”? JC: “Sure I’d be glad to be interviewed by you just let me know what time. Kisses. By the way . . . do you use WhatsApp“?
We called each other and finally connected at 3:58am. He didn’t know that I was in Stockholm, Sweden and I didn’t know that Lima, Peru was in the same time zone as New York City.
I don’t think I took notes, I don’t really remember what he said during that conversation.
It is what Maya Angelou said: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
I don’t know what he said in that conversation, I just felt the energetic vibration of love.
I have since spoken to JC and know that he is a lawyer and a book author. I know that I will visit him in Lima and he is a friend, and we love one another and are still getting to know each other.
I am thankful to have JC as a friend and welcome him to the Arise 2.0 family.
