I first met Nick at an annual spring ritual Garden Party by our mutual friend Charly Zukow. As I recall he was doing marketing for let’s just say a local chocolatier.
We exchanged cards, but did not stay in touch.
I met him again at an event at CBS, he was still doing marketing but in my favorite city, Oakland.
This time the connection stuck. He is pictured on the far left with me at a diversity event that included the Bay Area Black Journalists Association, National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association, Asian American Journalists Association, National Association of Hispanic Journalists, and the Public Relations Society of America.
Nick self describes as a creative caring person experiencing life.
He is doing events and marketing at Jack London Square in Oakland where he can create experiences for people from all walks of life. In fact, in that capacity he helped me book Kev Choice on Black Renaissance. Vern Glenn filled in for Christin Ayers as host.

Nick uses social media to tell stories, promote events, stay in contact with folks and to go directly to a source.
Peace, love, gratitude, compassion, and blessings.
