10 Things I learned from “Trolls”

I went to see the movie Trolls and knew nothing about it.  It was delightfully enjoyable.  I purchased the soundtrack.  Here are 10 things I learned from Trolls:

1.  It is a “3D computer animated musical comedy”.
2. It’s voiced by Anna Kendrick, John Cleese, Christine Baransky, Justin Timberlake (JT), Zooey Deschanel, Russell Brand, James Corden, Jeffrey Tambor, and Gwen Stefani.
3. The basic plot is about two trolls saving their village from Bergens who eat trolls to find happiness.
4.   The budget was $125 million and it has grossed $269 million to date.
5.  The trolls are happy and they sing, dance, and hug frequently, the latter hourly to a timer.
6.   JT was the executive producer for the music.
7.  JT, Ariana Grande, and Earth Wind and Fire are also on the soundtrack.
8.   The tag line is “find your happy place”.
9.   It’s a DreamWorks production.
10.   It’s the second time JT has worked with a cast member from “The Big Bang Theory”.
